If you agree to be on the register, the EDO may approach you to do some of the following:

• Provide one-off over-the-telephone advice to EDO lawyers on technnical and scientific issues
• Critically review EIAs and other technical reports to assist EDO cases and advices to clients
• Contribute to and/or provide supporting material to EDO policy submissions
• Contribute to and/or provide supporting material to EDO letters and submissions on behalf of clients (for example, to assist with an objection a development proposal on exhibition)
• Appear in court as an expert witness before Planning Panels Victoria, VCAT and/or the Supreme or Federal Court
